I had high hopes for this bakery since I heard good things, but the pastries were a bit hit or miss. The chocolate croissant was incredible, but the donuts were a bit stale. I might give it another try and see if it’s just an off day.

Got a flan and I received it with egg shells and the side of the flan came like a bite , DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I was just driving by when Carrusel Pastry Shop on New Main St in Yonkers caught my eye, and I knew I had to stop. As soon as I walked inside, boom—my diet flew right out the window! This little gem is a haven for anyone with a sweet tooth. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by the sight (and smell) of an incredible array of pastries, cakes, and desserts. It’s impossible not to be tempted by the display cases filled with treats that look like they’ve been crafted with love and care. The variety is impressive, from classic cookies to beautifully decorated cakes, and everything in between. I couldn’t resist trying a few of their offerings, and I was not disappointed. The pastries are fresh, with just the right balance of sweetness. Whether you’re in the mood for something rich and decadent or light and fluffy, they’ve got you covered. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite. The shop itself has a cozy, welcoming vibe, making it a perfect spot to grab a coffee and indulge in a little treat (or two). So I ordered a custom rosette cake with chocolate fudge pudding inside and chocolate cake. What I got was butter cream with chocolate sause poured on top and vanilla cake. The rosettes were poorly shaped and the cake was not good tasting. For 70.00 I got trash cake. Now I'm going to say that they have a line of premade cakes that they make daily that are perfect and delicious. This just isn't a custom cake place. I was very disappointed.

We ordered a tres leches cake with chocolate on top and fruit circling the bottom of the cake and it was out of this world. You can tell the cake was made fresh and wasn’t sitting there from days before. For many years my family always has leftovers from cakes and I cannot say the same about this one. 5 of us devoured the entire cake within minutes. Highly recommend the bakery and will definitely be returning for this cake in the near future.
